Mental Power Smoothie recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cucumber
  • 1 1/2 carrots
  • 1 inch piece ginger peeled
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp milled flaxseed
  • 25 g protein powder of your liking
  • water to cover

Instructions
 

  • Chop the cucumber and carrots into chunks.
  • Peel and chop the ginger into a 1-inch piece.
  • Add the chopped ingredients, then add cinnamon, milled flaxseed and protein powder into the blender.
  • Add water to cover ensuring everything is covered.
  • Blend for 1 minute until the smoothie is well blended.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy your Mental Power Smoothie!

Notes

Options – 
  • Some may prefer to peel the carrots – but this is optional
  • Add your daily supplements or powders to give the smoothie that extra boost!
